Many LISTSERV operations are easily performed through email.

To add yourself to a list through email only:

Send an email to listserv@lists.ufl.edu

with SUBSCRIBE MRM-L (Your First Name) (Your Last Name) in the body of the email.
You should not include a subject line in the email.

To remove yourself from a list through email:

Send an email to listserv@lists.ufl.edu

with the line unsubscribe MRM-L in the body of the email.
Again, do not include a subject line.

For a list of commands one can use through email with Listserv:

Send an email to listserv@lists.ufl.edu

with the line INFO REFCARD in the body of the email.

To access the archives of the MRM-L Listserv, please go to this URL:

MRM-L Login

Either login with your user name and password, or if it the first time that you are accessing the archives, follow the instructions to create a password.
